The development has four apartments: two ground-floor units of 1,300 square feet, and two upper-floor three-bedroom units of over 3,000 square feet. All enjoy good cross-ventilation and south-facing views across the Liguanea plains.
The apartments were delivered move-in ready, with solid-surface countertops, porcelain tiles, crown mouldings and architraves, and provision for air-conditioning. Garco was the developer as well as the builder.
